New Propex Premises

Big news! After several weeks of toiling, tussling and tackling we have finally moved into our brand-new premises only 10 minutes from the heart of Ringwood. These new units will allow all departments of the Propex business to be reunited again under one very large roof, nice and snug in perfect(ish) harmony.

A bit about the various units, B1 is for goods in or deliveries, so if you’re delivering anything to Propex, this will be the place. B3 is our reception for any customers who either have an appointment in our workshop (i.e. you’re booked in for a heater install or caravan or motorhome habitation check) or need to send a heater in for a service. This will also be where our new Propex Leisure shop full of caravan and motorhome accessories from industry-leading manufacturers, like Whale Pumps will be. A customer waiting room will also be added to this unit in due course. B4 is the workshop where all appliance installations (space & water heating, underslung LPG tank kits etc.), motorhome and caravan habitation checks, and heater servicing and repairs will take place. And finally, B5 is where we will manufacture and build our famous underslung motorhome LPG tank kits.

So, to recap, if you’re a Propex customer arriving to have work done in our workshop you need to come to B3 (reception) for one of the team to book your vehicle into the workshop. If you’re delivering anything to Propex you should come to B1 (Deliveries). It’s that simple! Whilst we have officially moved into our new premises, the next few weeks and months will see us carry out some extensive work to ensure we have all the necessary facilities to welcome you, with a new showroom and customer waiting room to be built.
