Postage Packing and Delivery Charges
All of our UK shipping, for small parcels and letters is via Royal Mail
Larger items will be via courier service. To ensure next working day delivery orders must be received by 14:00 hours on a weekday.
Delivery charges will be added at the checkout
All prices include Value Added Tax at the rate of 20% – no extra tax charges are made. Items will be shipped as soon as possible and should arrive within the following timescales:
- UK Standard Royal Mail Delivery (small item) (2 – 3 days)
- UK Zone 1 Courier (Large items) (next working day)
- UK Other Zones please call for quotation
- International – dependant on destination – call for quotation
Delivery Times
Most orders will be dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouse. Deliveries made by carrier are on a next working day service. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery however, if your order is delayed we will always try to inform you. Deliverys can be made to your work address or alternative address if required and should you have any special delivery instructions please inform our sales department.
Once the goods have been delivered, you will hold them at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss, damage or destruction.
