Our guarantee

Propex Leisure Accessories strives to satisfy our customers and offer the highest levels of quality and service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply follow the directions below to return the order within 14 days of the purchase and we will promptly process your request and refund your money. Please ensure the product is in all its original packaging and has not been used. Send the items back to;

Please contact our customer service team before returning any item. If you send the product back within the 14 days, we will refund the cost of the product. If the item is not in its original packaging it may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

We will ensure that your credit card is credited within 30 days for any returned items.

Repairs and Replacements

If you accept an item ordered or returned from us, but later discover a fault, we will offer to repair or replace the faulty product.

You have 6 months to notify and return the faulty product to us.

Warranty Returns

As standard we offer a 1-year warranty with all orders placed with us. You will receive a warranty registration form with every product ordered and you will need to notify and send this form to us before we process the warranty claim.
