Description
For heaters manufactured since February 2010 Heatsource products have been fitted with an integrated air flow sensing device from Omron. This is a MEMS D6F air mass sensor and, importantly, works with no moving parts. This sensor is fitted to models including the HS2000, the HS2800, HS2000E as well as the Whale SH2211, SH2212, SH4312 and SH4412.
The sensor will be damaged if water has manged to enter the combustion air intake pipe and through into the heater.
